艾斯酒店 (The Ace Hotel)

Fue el único hotel de todo nuestro mes en Corea que estuvo mal. Las fotos para nada son como la realidad. - Al llegar a la recepción nos cobraron 80 por la estancia del niño (20 por día) cuando no era el coste que decía en 訂房網站 en mi reserva(訂房網站 lo solucionó, no el hotel). - Después subimos a la habitación y para nuestra sorpresa estaba muy sucio, olía mal y había mosquitos vivos y muertos que dejaron pegados por las paredes. Un auténtico asco , las condiciones de sanidad son tremendamente malas. - Las camas muy duras,se hizo imposible descansar. Además no hacen la habitación en días (y total para qué?) - Las toallas y geles insuficientes para las personas que pagamos la habitación. - El aire acondicionado echando agua en nuestra cabeza de noche, un aparato al lado de la cama haciendo ruido y haciendo temblar la cama cada 5 minutos. - Intentamos cambiar de hotel pero el manager se negó a 訂房網站 y tuvimos que quedarnos allí. - Además la señora de recepción fue muy maleducada con nosotros, no hacía por entendernos y no nos gustó nada el trato además de timarnos el primer día (la única persona coreana de todo el viaje que nos encontramos desagradable) Jamás volvería a un sitio como este. Evitadlo a toda costa y si vais con niños, más.

房間臟的很噁心，床單上有血跡，馬桶也沖不下去，而且房間裡蚊子多的要命，一天晚上被蚊子叮了十幾個，還有酒店的服務態度相當惡劣。我在韓國住過多次酒店頭一次看見這麼髒噁心的酒店。我個人強烈不推薦這家酒店。

房間環境很差，周圍環境也差，衹住了一天就退房了，沒有發生的房費商家不退，大家選酒店一定要多瞭解

位置不在大馬路邊，需要小繞路百來米也可以接受！距離現代免稅店直線400多米！酒店隔音很好，空間也足夠不會打開行李箱就沒地下腳！

“Feels more like a motel than a hotel” We booked the Premiere Room at The Ace Hotel in Seoul for six nights but ended up leaving after only three nights. The experience was so poor that staying any longer felt unbearable and unhealthy. Room Condition: The room itself was large in size, but that was the only positive. It was extremely dark, outdated, and uncomfortable. The tiny window barely allowed any light, which made the room feel like it had no windows at all. The atmosphere was claustrophobic and heavy—definitely not a space where you can relax or feel at ease. The overall look and feel were more like a cheap roadside motel than a proper hotel. Comfort and Sleep Quality: The bedding setup was disappointing. There were no proper bed liners, the blankets were very thin, and the pillows were small, flat, and hard. Sleeping was difficult every single night because of how uncomfortable the bed was. A good night’s rest, which should be a basic expectation in any hotel, was impossible here. Amenities: For a hotel in Seoul, even at a basic level, you expect complete toiletries and a safety box in the room. Neither was provided. The toiletries were incomplete, and the lack of a safety box made the room feel unsafe. These missing essentials only added to the frustration of staying here. Location: The hotel is hidden in a narrow alley, which makes it inconvenient for travelers. It is not in a prime area and lacks the easy accessibility that many other Seoul hotels offer. If you are visiting as a tourist, you will find this location less than ideal. Overall Experience: On top of everything, I actually got sick on the first day of staying in this hotel. The room environment was so depressing and uncomfortable that I only started to feel better after transferring to another hotel. That says a lot about the overall quality of this place. Instead of feeling refreshed and relaxed, my health and mood were negatively affected. Final Thoughts: This hotel does not deliver the experience you would expect from a place that calls itself a hotel. From the dark, suffocating rooms to the cheap, motel-like atmosphere, thin bedding, lack of basic amenities, and poor location, the entire stay was disappointing. If you want to enjoy your time in Seoul, feel comfortable, and stay somewhere that actually feels like a hotel, I strongly recommend booking elsewhere. The Ace Hotel feels much more like a motel than a hotel, and I would not suggest it to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay in Seoul.

房間很老舊，要續住給我來了句，週末價格高要一千多塊錢，這酒店這麼老，房間又小，我覺得不值，就住到了別的酒店，別的酒店同樣週末比他們平時價格便宜還新，裡面還大還好看，當別人是人傻錢多，不推薦

口コミの事前情報で不安もありましたが、泊まる事を目的としていれば全然問題なく、良かったと思います。 ホテルの清掃も、部屋を空けている間にしっかりされており良かったです。

大部分都是一般，設備一部分看來比較新。晚點到的話要給前台打電話，要注意國際電話他們不能接。

完全にラブホテルでした。內裝も寫真と違いすぎ。コンビニは近いですが駅から結構歩きます。道も暗いところを通ります。アメニティは最低限って感じでした。

좀 큰 모텔 느낌이었어요. 엄청 추웠고 난방기능이 없었으며 이불은 너무 차고 얇았고 오래 사용했던건지 빳빳하고 불편했습니다. 가족이 묵을만한 호텔은 아니예요.
